EULA - End User License Agreement

Bright Eyes! License Agreement and Disclaimer
You have 15 days to evaluate the SOFTWARE. After 15 days, you must either delete the

SOFTWARE or register it. You may not use the unregistered version of the SOFTWARE for

any purpose other than trial and evaluation.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any liability that may arise by

using this SOFTWARE. It is solely your responsibility to use the SOFTWARE in accordance

with the laws of your country.
you agree to install the SOFTWARE on a computer you own, you agree that you will NOT install

the SOFTWARE on any computer you do not own
EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT
Bright Eyes! Team licenses the Bright Eyes! software to you only upon the condition that

you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement.
YOU MAY:

(i) use Bright Eyes! on one computer for each license purchased;

YOU MAY NOT:

(i) sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Bright Eyes!;

(ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt

to discover the source code of Bright Eyes!, or create derivative works from

Bright Eyes!;

(iii)use Bright Eyes! on a greater number of computers than the number of licenses

of Bright Eyes! you have purchased.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
Bright Eyes! Team has made every effort possible to ensure that Bright Eyes! is free of any bugs or

errors, however in no way is Bright Eyes! to be considered error or bug free. You assume

all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may result from any errors or bugs in

Bright Eyes!.
IN NO EVENT WILL Bright Eyes! Team. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,

INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE.

In no case shall Bright Eyes! Teams liability exceed the purchase price for the Bright Eyes!.
GENERAL:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bright Eyes! Team. You acknowledge and

agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or

representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all

writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have

recieved concerning Bright Eyes! have no effect--it is the terms of this Agreement that will

control all issues involving your use of Bright Eyes!.

All rights to Bright Eyes! are owned by Bright Eyes! Team. and are protected by United States copyright

laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Bright Eyes! Team retains all rights

not expressly granted by this Agreement.

This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated

herin.
